Guaranteed Improved Athleticism

1. Speed University
   
2. AthletiCorePlus™ Training - A core training program developed and trademarked by AthletePlus to prevent injuries.
   
3. Pre and Post Test - Certified athletic testing before and after training.  Athletes will receive their Nike SPARQ rating.
   
4. Functional Movement Screen™ - Evaluation by licensed physical therapist to assess weaknesses, possible future injuries, and any asymmetries between right and left.
   
5. Video Analysis of the athlete - State-of-the-Art analysis that can be put on a dvd that will break down every aspect of the biomechanics of the athlete.

 Elite Program - 24 sessions

3. Pre and Post Test - Certified athletic testing before and after training with laser timers.
   
4. Functional Movement Screen™ - Evaluation by licensed physical therapist to assess weaknesses, possible future injuries, and any asymmetries between right and left.

  Basic Program - 12 Sessions

 All Athletes get their education at SPEED U in the beginning.

3. Pre and Post Test - Certified athletic testing before and after training with laser timers.
